LAMP was fabricated using a 2½-axis CNC operation, a design intended for a manufacturing approach that prioritized part fitness and assembly. Fabricated in three independent sections, each with its own power source. The LAMP adapts to the human experience and space, inhabiting different areas of a room and expressing movement through the gesture of the yarn itself.
